About ALL COLD CHAIN Expo

Global food security can be achieved if the cold chain for supply and storage is well-structured. Countries that provide better infrastructure and technology will lead the cold chain industry. Indonesia must maintain balance by managing raw material sources effectively and systematically. What equipment and technologies can be developed?

1. Cold storage that uses energy-efficient and green technology.
2. Use of low-GWP refrigerants that do not deplete the ozone layer.
3. Use of new and renewable energy to reduce shipping costs for food and pharmaceutical products.
4. Use of the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence to monitor the temperature of food and pharmaceutical products during shipping and storage.
5. Standardize equipment and operations to ensure industry growth is aligned with appropriate policies.
6. Procurement of manufacturing facilities to empower local industries.
7. Digital transformation through digital applications that are able to manage systems in transportation (Transportation Management System), systems in cold storage (Warehouse Management System) and interfaces between the two systems that facilitate monitoring in one application.

As a maritime and archipelagic nation, it's not easy for Indonesia to provide all the latest technology. Collaboration with other countries is necessary, both as technology providers and those that need Indonesia's technology and natural resources.
The All Cold Chain Expo (transportation and logistics) will address all these issues in seeking business collaborations and gaining information on emerging technologies. It's a must-attend event for all stakeholders in the cold chain industry.
